Meet Pau
Born and raised in Cabo, I grew up in my family’s restaurants, where hospitality wasn’t a buzzword — it was simply our way of life. My earliest lessons were simple but lasting: great experiences live in the details. Warmth matters. And nothing brings people together like food, laughter, and a setting that feels just right.
My path started long before weddings — around the tables where I’d host friends and family for intimate, highly personalized dinners. From curating the menu to pairing the drinks and setting the ambiance, I fell in love with that quiet magic where small details turn a simple gathering into something unforgettable.
